The man with no face some call him, though he is the leader of the Ordo Dracul in Detroit none have truly seen what he looks like he simply goes by the name il Insegnante Italian for "The Teacher" he teaches many but they do not know the teacher, he is often in shadow, wearing a hood over his face,or looking like someone else, a bum, or coke dealer, whatever guise fits his fancy tonight. No one knows how old he is the only thing people know for certain is that he has a great mastery over the coils of the dragon and he is from Italy. When he does speak it is with a deep bottomless Italian ascent. The only man who seems to know anything about him is the Prince for it was he who gave Il Insegnante his barony and continues to treat him as acknowledged in the city despite his rare appearance at court. However, Black is not talking. those who live in his Barony rarely see him (if you can call it that) but they know he is there watching them, making sure everyone plays nice and making sure the naughty get a letter to remind them to do just that.
